Wilson Creek Riesling 2009 750ml

This Riesling is a very fresh and clean with flavors and aromas resembling Granny Smith Apples. A very popular wine because it is so packed with flavor, yet so easy to drink. Light bodied and elegant, this wine features notes of sweet green apple and ripe apricot that play delicately on the tongue. Enjoy alone or with cheese and light foods. Riesling also pairs well with spicy foods such as Asian or Cajun cuisine. It should develop a bit more complexity over time but it is too much fun to drink now!
