In the unwavering pursuit of excellence, these casks are sourced, crafted, toasted and seasoned to the demandinf specifications of the Whisky Mastery Team. Once filled, the maturing remains undisturbed in our oak casks for a full eighteen years. It is the oak that makes the greatest contribution to the quality, natural colours, distinct aromas and flavours at the heart of this ingle malt whisky.

When matured in sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain, our rich, fruity and full bodied new make spirit is transformed into an incomparable single malt. The sherry seasoned oak casks deliver a single malt characterized by flavours of ginger, dark chocolate and dates.

Colour: Light mahogany
Aroma: Treacle tart with stem ginger, soaked raisins and sultanas with a hint of orange and ground cinnamon.
Palate: Soft and rich, with flavours of dark chocolate coated ginger with dates and dried apricots, balanced with oak and the sweetness of vanilla.
Finish: Lingering with dried fruits, ginger and oak.
