Manufacturer's Notes: The Rozelieures family malting distillery farm, located at the foot of an ancient volcano, draws strength and richness of its whisky through these volcanic soils. Our terroir create a cultivation of high quality malting barley. This single malt is aged in ex-sherry and ex-sweet French wine casks. Silky and soft at the same time, it is distinguished by its notes of candied fruit and ripe fruit.
