Manufacturer's Notes: Domaine Bousquet combines the know-how of French winemaking with Argentina's exceptional climate and terroir. The vineyard is located at the foothills of the Andes, At 1200 m.a.s.l. Its thermal amplitudes contributes to obtaining fully ripened grapes with an excellent acidity. The grapes are hand-picked and the vineyard is certified organic. Aged 10 months in French Oak. This elegant wine is well balanced with rich aromas and expression of pure fruit, tones of raspberry, blackcurrant, cassis, and Fig flavors flowing over notes of chocolate and tobacco. Good acidity and long finish, ideal with red meats and pasta dishes.
