Manufacturer's Notes: GAIA is a blend of Organic Varietals and Vineyards from cool climates, on the foothills of the Andes among Mendoza's highest altitude vineyards. Grapes are grown organically with no pesticides added. GAIA is a blend of our best grapes, and it is harvested manually, barrel fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 10 months. This is an elegant wine which exhibits a dense purple color, with aromas of red and blackberries. It has layers of silky and round tannins with notes of violet, blackberry, plump and spice. It is a full-bodied wine with a long finish. The wine is excellent with red meats, red sauces, chesses, and chocolate.
