This wine is crafted from select vineyards in the Russian River Valley, a prime Pinot Noir area. Traditional Burgundian techniques- including fermentation in small tanks, hand punch-downs, and aging in 60-gallon French oak barrels- impart velvety texture white enhancing the wine's dark fruit, cola, and spice character.
