Manufacturer's Notes: Our vineyards are near Monterey's Pacific coast where the cool maritime climate allows the grapes to develop vibrant acidity. We cold-ferment gently pressed grapes, then finish the wine without oak aging to reveal bright citrus and floral characters. Loredona Riesling displays crisp white peach and honeydew melon flavors. Enjoy with a spicy Asian cuisine, sushi, and light salads.
