Wolf Blass Gold Label Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2004 750ml

Adelaide Hills. Each vineyard parcel was barrel fermented using a combination of cultured and wild yeasts in new and one year old French oak barrels. A portion of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation and lees stirring to add richness, complexity and mouthfeel to the wine. The individual parcels were then matured in French oak prior to final blending. The wine remained unfiltered until bottling. Screwcaps were used to ensure freshness and preserve the characters of the wine.
