Alluvium is the name given to our proprietary blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdoc. This wine was handcrafted by Winemaker Ed Sbragia and aged in small oak barrels for twenty months.
This elegantly strucutred blend displays dark berry, cherry and chocolate flavors. A portion of the blend was aged in carefully selected small oak barrels to provide silky tannins and a soft creamy finish.
