Wilson Creek Barrel Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 750ml

This 2005 vintage exudes lush flavors of dark cherry, rich plum, and currant. It's tannins are soft, giving the wine complexity, depth and backbone, yet it is very accessible and not overly heavy. It pairs well with anything off the grill including filet mignong, osso bucco, tri tip, salmon, and marinara sauces. Great now, but aging has it's rewards.
