This out of the crowd wine arriving from Zoresti, the place-or-heart of Vasile Carlova, the famous Romania poet and wine-lover, is a ruby red wine, aged in French barrels for four months, retaining the inner flavor of the grape, which makes it authentic and novel. It blends nobility and wildness and this makes it unique. Its components are so proportionate that it is difficult to figure which one has the highest merit. Certain that it is high in quality, smoothness, creamy notes and fruitiness make one wonder if this wine is made by nature itself or by man. Red meats, small games and matured cheeses are the perfect companions for this absolutely out-of-the-crowd wine. The optimum serving temperature is 60 degrees (f)/ room temperature.
