Our Imperial IPA is filled, literally, with hops in all aspects of the brewing process. Focusing on floral and citrus flavor and attributes, we allow enough balance to make the big beer drinkable. The orange and tangerine flower bouquet allows the hop flavor to develop with just enough malty sweetness to balance it out. Finally, our carefully selected Polish hops help develop a long but elegant bittering profile that is the true treat or this beer.
