Upland Sour Ales Luminary 500ml

Manufacturer's Notes: No two foeders are the same. Each of our eleven foeders create subtle nuances of unique flavors that are typically blended together before aging on additional ingredients. This sour ale is different. Luminary explores the beer fermented in a single foeder, Twiggy Sawdust. One of the first foeders we acquired, Twiggy Sawdust showcases flavors of ripe peaches and pear with a distinct lactic acid character. we take the base beer and age it on Pineapple and Peaches - then dry-hop with Galaxy hops, to create a sour ale with tropical fruit flavors and a mild funk flavor.
