Owner & Vintner, Bill Shinkle, planted his vineyard on this 100 year old unspoiled plot of land, rich in nutrients, in 2013. Muscat Canelli is a lightly sweet, crisp white wine with a very floral bouquet. Not your typical Muscat, ours is not too sweet and is very suitable as a table wine. Pairs well with Chinese or Thai food, seafood, salads, pastas, fruit and soft cheeses.
