Thornton Chardonnay 2011 750ml

The 2011 Chardonnay is a departure from previous vintages as we fermented the wine in jacketed stainless steel tanks instead of oak barrels. The result is a fruit-driven wine with green-apple lemon-citrus and spicy notes on the nose. When you taste the wine, your initial impression will be the fruit coming through followed by a crisp, long finish that makes you want to have another sip.
