Aged Balvenie introduced to heavily peated casks for a final period of maturation and then married with The Balvenie finished in new American oak. The result is a beautifully sweet and spicy with layers of peaty smokiness. Tasting notes prominent smoke softens to reveal oaky honey and vanilla. Cinnamon and nutmeg develop with time. The finish is sweet and spicy with a hint of smoke.
