Manufacturer's Notes: El Nacimiento (The Birthplace) takes its name for that fact that there is a spring coming out of the ground and is the place where the water "gives birth" to Agua Nueva (near water) River. It is the largest ranch of Carlos Camarena, our Master Distiller; some other Ocho Vintages (La Loma, Los Nopales, Loma Alta, Los Fresnos, Las Aguilas) have come from fields of this property. This ranch has the characteristic mineral red soil of the highlands of Jalisco, it is in the center of the Golden Triangle of Agave, with an average elevation of 2,075 meters above sea level. At the moment of harvest the agave was fully mature and with 29-30% sugar content.

Nose: Green apple, pears, bitter orange, quince, white pepper, clove, rosemary. Fresh and mineral.

Palate: Grilled pineapple, rosemary, celery and lime peel. Peppery and green.
