Surf Brewery Shaka Mosaic Session IPA 22fl oz

Shaka is a single-hop session IPA brewed to showcase the qualities of a specific hop variety. Named after the Hawaiian word for 'hang-loose', this iteration of Shaka features Mosaic hops layered on top of lightly toasty malt profile. Mosaic retains much of the resinous character of its older sister Simcoe but with a little more tropical fruit and citrus. Shaka's light body keeps it refreshing and allows the full character of the hops to shine through.
