As the first winery in Napa Valley to produce a vintage-dated Merlot we pride ourselves on our legacy with this noble varietal. Our style of Merlot overlays the grape's plush mouthfeel and red fruit flavors with oak barrel aging that contributes rich toast and spice notes. In addition to warmer-temperature vineyards surrounding the winery, we draw on cooler sub-regions further south in Napa Valley to add complexity, brightness and finesse. This wine compliments a range of cuisine, from grilled salmon to roast chicken and pork.
