Manufacturer's Notes: This Dollarhide 100% Cabernet Sauvignon comes from our family owned, sustainably farmed estate vineyard. Full of body and structure, our Cabernet Sauvignon is robust, complex and expresses the unique terroir of our vineyard, Dollarhide. The hillside grown vines produce bold fruit with intense flavor that yields on elegant, lush wine layered with aromas of ripe berry and subtle nuances of chocolate and espresso. We age our wine in 100% French oak barrels for 30 months to achieve a sophisticated toast and vanilla bouquet.
