Manufacturer's Notes: At Small Batch, we do exactly what you'd expect from our name - we make unique beers, by hand, the old-fashioned way, in very small volume. Every batch is aged in oak barrels, for anywhere from three months to three years, and we fill only a few hundred bottles at a time. so each one is a collector's item (that said, our beer is meant to be drunk fresh, lengthy aging is not recommended.) Our beers are best served very lightly chilled - never cold - in a stemmed glass.
