Carla's 100-year-old, head-pruned vines produce fruit of exceptional intensity. As a result, this is one of the most exotic Zinfandels in our portfolio. It exhibits a huge aromatic core of black cherry with elements of bramble, cassis and vanilla. On the palate, the flavors are ripe cherry and blackberry with hints of spicy plum and olive. This wine pairs perfectly with pizza, barbecue and roast lamb.
