Manufacturer's Notes: This refreshing white wine was crafted as a harmonious blend incorporating both the crisp, herbal notes of Sauvignon Blanc in concert with the ripe, supple apple, banana, vanilla, and tropical notes of Chardonnay. The Sauvignon Blanc was cold-fermented in stainless steel while the Chardonnay was barrel fermented in French oak sur-lie and stirred once weekly for 15 months.
