Manufacturer's Notes: The vineyards that produce the grapes for port wine cling to steep hillsides in the winding valleys of the Douro river in Northern Portugal. In the heart of this beautiful region lie the vineyards of Quinta do Noval, where great Port has been produced since 1715/ Noval's Tawny port is a carefully selected blend of lighter, softer wines than those used for ruby port. The result is a bright amber port with gelicious raisin-like fruit which is perfect severed chilled as an aperitif or with lighter desserts such as fresh fruit.
