Manufacturer's Notes: You ascend gradually, then more abruptly through 900 meters. You feel your body relax in this magnificent and tranquil setting. Under foot, well-drained red volcanic soils nurture vines that cool dramatically at night- greatly enhancing flavor and color in the resulting wine. Not only is the wine hand-crafted, so is the vineyard. Something amazing is taking place here, and we are starting to get a good idea why. We will keep you posted.
