Pinot Evil Pinot Grigio 750ml

Dating back to the 8th century, this Three Wise Monkey proverb was introduced to Japan by a Buddhist monk from China. Because wines from the Pinot family can be so good, and yet are so difficult to raise and make, many winemakers believe this family is both blessed and cursed, if not downright evil. Pinot Grigio is a sibling of Pinot Noir in a family that includes Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois. This wine is fresh, with crisp acidity, and soft friendly palate. This is a food friendly wine, that's also perfect on a hot afternoon; it pairs well with salads, chicken and grilled fish.
