This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from certifed organically grown grapes at our estate Moon Mountain Vineyard located high on the rugged Mayacamas Mountains. Here, long hours of sunlight, lean volcanic rock soils and cool breezes from San Francisco Bay foster beautifully balanced, intensely flavored grapes. We selected only the finest lots to give this opulent wine its elegant tannin structure and complex layers of wild blackberry and cassis, with hints of espresso, spice and sage.
