Martin & Weyrich Nebbiolo 750ml

Manufacturer's notes: The Nebbiolo grape is used in Italy to produce the rich and long-lived Barolos of Piemonte. Martin & Weyrich has produced Nebbiolo in California since 1982 and is considered a pioneer in the production of Italian varietals in the United States. This wine is a reflection of the uniqueness and care that goes into each vintage of Nebbiolo. We have released a wine of elegance and finesse, but with a sturdy character, and brimming with aromas of cherries, violets and cedar. The flavors are rich and full and rounded by oak aging. Martin & Weyrichs Nebbiolo is a good match to a wide range of foods, and stands up very well to spicy dishes and tomato-based sauces.
