Manufacturer's Notes: Knappogue Castle special barrel release is a rare find. Produced from a handpicked number of barrels, this 12 year old whiskey is triple distilled in copper pot stills and aged in first fill bourbon barrels. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 92 proof. 

"My father, Mark Edwin Andrews, started bottling Knappogue Castle single malts in Ireland when everyone else was bottling blends. His 1951 vintage, aged 36 years, is one of the oldest and rarest Irish whiskeys in the world."
