Kirk and Sweeney shows a rich mahogany color, smooth capturing a complex range of flavor, from earthy sugar cane and dried fruit to vanilla and toasted oak.

The K&S 12 year is very good. A bit hot on entry, but extremely smooth after a moment, with slightly sweet woody flavours and a finish dominated by sweet vanilla and a tiny hint of clove and banana. This is one of the best rums of its price range, suitable for almost everyone.
