In JUAN MORE TIME "time" is essential and the most important factor of our  artisanal & organic process; our Agave Azul production starts with the planting, sowing, tending and select harvesting in Amatitan, Lowlands of Jalisco, within the denomination of origin; after the jima, the core "pinas' are baked in volcanic stone ovem, the juice is naturally fermented and the distillation is taken care in detail by the hands of our team of Tequila masters.
