Johnnie Walker XR 21 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky 750ml

Manufacturer's notes: To create this mellow and indulgent blend, I've used an extremely rare three-stage blending method reserved for our most exclusive whiskeys due to the time and complexity required.

I crafted a deliciously sweet, creamy and spicy vanilla core using rare casks of 21 year old grain whiskeys from the now silent Port Dundas Distillery. Individual casks were carefully combined and given extra time for the flavors to marry and the exceptional smoothness to come through.

When these flavors were perfectly balanced, I introduced further whiskeys matured in American Oak, including Ex-Bourbon casks, to nurture the intense sweet heart of this complex blend.

With the heart of the blend fully established, I built layer upon layer of rich fruit and malt flavors, drawing on selected reserves of 21-year-old single malt whiskeys, including from legendary Speyside distilleries Mortlach and Cardhu.

This exceptional blend of perfectly matured whiskeys is supremely smooth and complex, with intriguing layers of intense toffee , luscious fruits and a sweet hint of creamy vanilla. Cloaked in smoke, it can be savored neat or on the rocks.
