Manufacturer's Notes: The winemakers of Jacob's Creek have reserved selected parcels of premium grapes from South Australia's finest regions to make this very special wine. Winemaking at our place has been a tradition since 1847 when Johann Gramp planted his first vineyard on the books of Jacob's Creek. This premium, full bodied wine is an outstanding example of South Australian Shiraz, displaying intense ripe plum flavors with pepper spice, balanced by soft tannins and leading to a lingering smooth finish. An ideal accompaniment to most red meats, same and cheese. A wine that will develop further with cellaring.
