Product Description
The grapes are night harvested, field pressed and fermented in new and second fill Frenc oak barrels using some natural yeasts. The wine undergoes full malo-lactic fermentation and lees stirring during its prolonged stay in French oak barrels. This Chardonnay has layers of complexity which compare favorably with the very best Chardonnays of Burgundy and California.
