In case you're one of the 3 people that haven't figured it out yet, we at Iron Fist are fans of everything unfettered by any silly notions of "tradition". So our latest insurrection is a two-for. We brewed a huge Belgian style Trippel and hopped the (expletive deleted) out it if. Being the counterculteralists that we are, we descisively chose to use the finest imported European hops we could get our hands on rather that the ubiquitous West Coast style varieties. We even threw in some varieties so new they still have that new hop smell. A robust malt character helps balance this truly on-of-a-kind brew
