Manufacturer's Notes: Buddha's hand citron is unique and delicious, which is why we wanted to use it for this flavor. The ancient relative of the modern lemon, it has a lower acidity that allows complex flavors and aromas to come through, like jasmine, basil and apricot. We make Hangar 1 one batch at a time, using rigorous distillation methods and the best ingredients that nature has to offer.
