It combines the renowned regional qualities of Limestone Coast Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon with contributes spice, ripe plum and blackberry aromas and flavors, with rich mullberry and fine velvety tiannins coming from the Cavernet Sauvignon fruit. Attractive cedar and vanillin characters are derived from maturation in small oak barrels and contribute good complexity and great length of flavor to this wine.
