Manoel Pedro Guimaraens, who founded the firm in 1822, created a special port which was reserved for his family and kept in Bin no.27 of their private cellar. Five generations of Fonseca Guimaraens have maintained the quality and style of this fine reserve blend. Bin no.27 is bottled in Oporto and is ready to drink now. Unless it has been kept for some time, it should not require decating.
