This rich old tawny ort is matured in wood at the Fonseca Guimaraens lodges in Vila Nova de Gaia. The supply is limited but it is ready to drink now and does not require decanting. Serve at room temperature, or slightly chilled in Summer it is perfect chilled in Summer it is perfect as an accompaniment to cheese or on its own with almonds or walnuts.
