We believe that quality wine comes from quality grapes and that is why we carefully nurture all 2500 acres of our vineyards. Our Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards are located in Paso Robles. Large temperature swings throughout the day, which preserve the acidity and fruit in the wine, are common for this region. These cool evenings and warm days create a longer growing season, allowing grapes to ripen to perfection. We employ artisan wine making practices such as gentle pressing and small barrel aging to craft world-class, deeply concentrated and intensely flavored wine.
