Elevation Peaks & Valleys South Coast Merlot 750ml

This wine comes from hearty grapes, grown at an elevation of 2,200 feet, in the rugged Agua Tibia Mountains. There the vines struggle to produce a crop of intensely flavored and concentrated fruit. Some say these robust grapes have an almost "angry" attitude from growing at that altitude. Elevation Merlot is certainly mountainous in character, with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon blended in to tame and add dimension to this wonderful wine.
