Two 5 Left Double India Pale Ale is a brazenly hop-forward beer with huge passionfruit aroma notes provided by our irresponsible use of simcoe, citra, and cascade hops. A subtle use of caramel malts provides a backbone to shoulder the massive amount of dry-hopping we use to give this beer it's unique aroma. The name is derived from the runway at nearby LAX that sends plans screaming right over EL Segundo. We always knew we would name a beer after this loud, unmistakable landmark and our first DIPA fit the bill perfectly.
