Manufacturer's Notes: The perfect distillery; the pure local water, colored and flavoured by the peat of the Cairngorm Mountains, together with fine barley from the Moray Firth region, and, of course, our unsurpassed attention to detail.
Colour: Pale-mid amber with old gold highlights.
Nose: Young, quite mashy, soft and medium-sweet, quite fresh with a slight menthol character, gently peated with a slight earthy touch.
Flavour: Medium-dry minty with good body and a firm, but gentle dark earthy smokiness.
Finish: of good length, almost dry with a good peaty character.
