Manufacturer's Notes: Domaine Bousquet combines the know-how of French winemaking with Argentina's exceptional climate and terroir. The vineyard is located at the foothills of the Andes, At 1200 m.a.s.l. Its thermal amplitudes contributes to obtaining fully ripened grapes with an excellent acidity. The grapes are hand-picked and the vineyard is certified organic. Bright yellow color with tropical aromas, citrus and lime notes. It has a very balanced and structured palate with a long and persistent finish. This wine goes well with seafood, chasse and pasta dishes with cream sauces.
