Manufacturer's notes: Cascade, Centennial, Summit, and Super Galena are words not typically found on a whiskey label. As a not so typical California craft distillery, we felt it was our duty to cram as many pounds of these hops as possible into out finest singe malt whiskey. We then barrel finished it to sweet hoppy perfection.
