Crisp, light and bristling with raisins, almonds and walnuts. 10 Year Old Tawny has a legendary crispness and inexplicable 'grip' that elevates it above mere mortal ports. Our vineyards in the Douro Superior produce grapes of highly concentrated flavour that we tread in traditional lagares. Judiciously, we blend and re-blend vigorous young wines with the profound qualities of older wines in small oak barrels where the mellowing process unfolds. Superb served chilled.
