Manufacturer's Notes: While similar to Sauternes and Barsac, the wines of Monbazillac differ in the exceptional values they represent. The Griand Family farms their 22 acres estate with responsible viticulture and precision, often picking six times in quest of heavenly nectar. The result is impeccable character and acidity, offering notes of honey, tropical fruits and baklava. While drinkable now, it can be cellared for several years, offering a perfect foil for Roquefort cheese, creme brulee or foie gras.
