Made from hand picked grapes, was cold fermented in smal stainles steel tanks (17%) and Burgundian French oak barrels (83%). Minimal malolactic fermentation preserves the bright green apple, Williams pear and orange blossom essence. The first established winery in Napa Valley, Charles Krug has been owned and operated by the Peter Mondavi Family for three generations.
