Domaine Chandon, set in the hills above Yountville in the heart of the Napa Valley was established in 1973 by Moet and Chandon. As one of the original pioneers of the valley Chandon combines our French heritage with the innovative spirit of California. Chandon Blanc de Noirs, meaning a white wine made from red grapes, is crafted using the traditional champagne nethod with a focus on the varietals Pinot Noir and using the traditional champagne method with a focus on the varietals Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The resulting wine is a delicate salmon color and exhibits aromas and flavors of dark cherry, currant and strawberry with hints of cassis and blackerry.
