Now, at the deft hands of Master Distiller Jeff Quint and his son, Head Distillery Murphy Quint, the family's solera method used for blending and maturation is bridging wine an spirits, Old World and New, to create this award winning and highly rated Single Malt Whiskey.

Solera Process
Handcrafted from pure malted barley, Cedar Ridge Single Malt is first aged in American Oak and finished in a variety of unique finishing casks, then married into our solera, resulting in a depth of character and complexity that is not a traditional single-barrel aging system.
